microxeas with two disks (occurring exclusively in the genus Didiscus) ; some authors use the term "discorhabd" also for the chessman microscleres (also termed sceptrum) of Latrunculia . To end the dispute Wiedenmayer (1994) proposed to name the Didiscus spicules "didiscorhabds", because they always have two discs.
